Kate Stevenson is a Founding Partner of Novus Consulting and based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  She serves as an executive advisor for medium to large companies looking to transform their operations and modify their technology landscape.  During the last 20 years, she has worked in various senior consulting roles to advise multi-billion dollar companies in laying down strategic roadmaps for her clients, managing transformation journeys that align to her clients' visions, leading high-performing teams, and developing services that bring the most value to her clients.  In her last position as Managing Director over Advisory services at Stonebridge Consulting, Kate built, managed and grew a consulting practice that paved the way for digital transformation in the Oil and Gas mid-market, disrupting the last 20 years of stagnant technology growth.

Her passion is to make people happy, including her clients that she considers as an extension of her team, the people that work with her, and her two boys that drag her out on the lake whenever possible.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communications from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.  She has served in various board positions for Women's Energy Network of Oklahoma.

Chevy Thomason is a Founding Partner of Novus Consulting and has over 20 years of experience in data/information management.  Mr. Thomason spent 15 years with Chesapeake Energy building and expanding enterprise data management disciplines.  During his time, he held various positions from Director – Well & Facility Information Management to Advisor – Enterprise Data Strategy where he was responsible for developing and expanding a data management footprint allowing data to be turned into valuable and trusted information.  While at Chesapeake, Chevy also spent 5 years leading the enterprise data conversion effort for an ERP implementation where all activities were completed on time and under budget.  In early 2018, Chevy went to Stonebridge Consulting to help create and progress digital transformation strategies for clients.  During this time, he helped companies transform by developing long-term strategies of change through data, process, technology, and people.

 

Chevy holds a B.B.A. from the University of Central Oklahoma, where he also played baseball.  Go Bronchos!  When away from the office, he is often found on the golf course or traveling to his son’s baseball tournament’s.

Robert Lovelace is a Founding Partner with Novus Consulting and based in Tulsa, OK.  He is formerly the owner of Bornayr Consulting where he was responsible for the company’s strategic direction as well as managing business development, client relationships, and consulting delivery.

 

Robert spent 21 years developing and executing strategies designed to drive growth, transformation, and business performance improvement.  He worked with small private to large public companies in industries ranging from energy to manufacturing, transportation, retail, and government.  Previously, he held senior positions at Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, Chesapeake Energy, EAG Services, Petrohawk, BHP Billiton, and Stonebridge Consulting building business and industry practices focused on improving client performance and returns on investments ranging from technology implementation/adoption to acquisitions to process improvement.

 

Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.  He also holds a Masters in Criminal Justice Administration from Oklahoma City University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma where he concentrated in Human Resources and Organizational Studies.
